In order to reduce mosquitoes and other infectious insects, remove the
winter cover in early Spring.
We offer a very high quality reinforced mesh winter cover. A mesh cover
is simply a porous cover. It allows the rain and snowmelt to penetrate through the cover material and become part of
your pool water. Many people prefer a mesh cover rather than a solid cover. Our mesh cover is domestically made. It
is the only reinforced mesh cover in existence. Our mesh cover is coated and reinforced with silver strands of
Polyethylene fabric that is woven directly into the outer layer of the mesh. This keeps the mesh from fragmenting.
Other mesh covers are standard woven polyethylene material by itself. Using a mesh cover has advantages over a solid
cover. Many pool owners like the idea of no water lying on the top of the cover. Water on top of pool covers in the
spring is a perfect breeding ground for mosquitoes. The warranty on our Rain Drain cover is a 10 year warranty, two
year full on manufacturing defects and material degradation, and a 8 year pro rate based on current retail pricing.
The cover is Black with Silver strands placed randomly on the top of the cover for reinforcement, and incoporates
sewn in Poly-Loops for easy cable attactment. |
