Covers are black in color. In the past, you may have decided that trying to cover your diving board with tarps, ropes, bungee cords etc., was not worth the effort. But then the problem was cleaning your diving board of all the staining that occurred from the debris that comes to rest on the board!

Alternately, if you decided to remove your diving board during periods of non-use the problem became finding suitable storage, potential damage from handling such as cracking and chipping of the fiberglass and of course the back strain due to carrying a heavy diving board.
