1. Do I have to order online? No! You can call us toll-free at 1-800-983-7665 or fill out an order form and either mail it to the address below, or fax it to us toll-free at 888-674-7665 (local fax 860-627-0579). Download the form here.


2. How much is shipping? Shipping is FREE! There is only an $8.95 handling fee, regardless of the size or weight of your order.


3. When will my order be delivered? Our preferred carrier is FedEx Ground. Most orders are delivered within 5-7 business days, depending on the area of the country. Custom products (such as spa covers, certain safety covers & inground pool liners, etc.) and drop-ship items may take longer, call for details.


4. What does CFL stand for? CFL stands for "Customer For Life". When your total purchase history reaches $2,000, you will automatically be enrolled in our CFL program, with special money-saving benefits. To learn more about this program, please click here.
