
At SPP, your satisfaction is always our primary concern.
We understand that it's sometimes necessary to exchange
or return an item, and our goal is to make it easy
for you.
You can exchange or return any item for any reason
within 30 days of your purchase date. The first
step is to obtain an authorization number for your
exchange or return. We cannot accept any item[s]
without an RA#. Please

Special Notes About Returns:
- Due to the nature of the following products, no returns can be accepted
on vinyl liners, replacement parts, all chemicals,
custom-manufactured products and gas & oil-fired pool heaters.
Winter pool covers removed from the original packaging (box) cannot
be returned. Inground Fabrico Sun Domes are not returnable.
- We charge a flat handling charge of $8.95 ($5 for CFL members). You
are never charged an additional shipping fee. However, please be aware
that if you cancel or return an item, you will be responsible for shipping
fees both to and from the warehouse. Our Customer Service department
will be happy to provide details on our Return Policy.
- Used, cancelled or returned items can be subject to a restocking fee
of up to 30%.
- Handling fees are non-refundable.
- Any damages must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.
- All SPP products carry a warranty from the manufacturer. Please refer
to your Owner's Manual for the manufacturer's Customer Service telephone
number and for Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's). If you still need
