Welcome to a whole new paradigm in heating. Imagine, actually heating occupied rooms in your home at a comfortable temperature without spending hundreds or thousands of dollars on oil, gas, or other fossil fuels. SPP has located an American manufacturer that has helped thousands of homeowners reduce their heating bills with an idea that originated over 30 years ago. We believe that these heaters will be in extremely high demand based on what is happening in the home heating industry. We'd like to give you some information on these heaters, tell you how and why they work so efficiently, and show you how you can begin enjoying the comfort and warmth of your home, without costing you a fortune.
What is it? – The SPP Ductless Furnace is an attractive little portable furnace that simply plugs into a typical household plug. The heater incorporates (3) 500-watt quartz halogen heat lamps that superheats the cooler filtered air that flows into an absorption chamber. This superheated air is gently pushed through the front of the unit and into your home up to 70 degrees warmer than the incoming air. A small (115CFM) fan moves the air.
About the Heat! - The heat generated from the unit is radiant heat. Radiant heat is a very comfortable heat because it combines the warm heated air with existing air in the room. This is called induction. Most of this heat stays closer to the floor and doesn't rise to the ceiling. This heat stays in the living area where you need it most. The heated air coming into the room is gently nudged from the unit eliminating that hot air blast that you get from conventional heating systems that forces the heat up to your ceiling. Typically, the room temperature at your ceiling is up to 20 degrees warmer than the air at the floor. Using the SPP Ductless Heater the discrepancy will never be greater than 5 degrees. One SPP heater handles about 500 square feet of heating. Purchasing more than one unit provides you with a generous discount.
Why ours is better! - There are other competitive heaters on the market. Many make claims that seem to make their units the best choice. They are not! First of all! The SPP furnace incorporates a Digital-Programmable Thermostat. This alone adds over $155.00 at cost to the unit. However, this thermostat makes it possible for you to make many adjustments to the time the unit operates, allows for night-time modes and keeps the desired set heat within ½ of a degree. Our thermostat will save you up to 28% over conventional bi-metallic thermostats. You can even program the unit for 7 days and up to 4 different temperatures in a 24-hour period, Wake-up/Depart/Return/Bedtime. Our heater also incorporates what is called a triac/relay sensor, which only allows level electrical input into the unit. This custom feature will help components last longer. Everything will last longer with this feature, including the halogen quartz lamps and the 115 CFM axial ball-bearing fan. Ours is safer! The SPP furnace utilizes a 230-degree heat rise snap disc inside the heating chamber. If the heat flow is blocked in the front of the unit or the fan stops working, the electricity will shut off automatically. We also have THREE light inspection portholes in the floor of the custom oak cabinet. This allows you to view the 3 bulbs to make sure they are operating. Incidentally, our quartz bulbs can be purchased at a typical hardware store for under $5.00 each. They will last one to two heating seasons.
Filtered Air: Our heater has a washable lifetime 0.5 micron 2 stage electrostatic pre-filter built in. This will filter the air coming into and out of the heater. This makes for better air in your home and less maintenance on the heater.
Where to Use: Whether you heat with wood and don't want to come home to a cold home; or if you don't want to get up in the middle of the night to stoke the Dragon; if you heat with oil or gas and are tired of the high cost that is eating your lunch; if you have a cold area in your home that you need to warm up; if you have a cold basement, garage, attic, or workshop that you need to heat; You may need the SPP Hi Efficiency Heater.
Warranty: The SPP heater is made in the USA. The entire unit is made from UL Listed and Approved electrical products. The heater comes with a 10 ft. heavy duty power cord. Every heater comes with a full 3-year warranty on the unit and a 1-year warranty on the bulbs themselves. There is never a need to ship the unit back for repair since field repair is so simple. The cabinet stays cool to the touch. Safe for children, pets, and the elderly. No fuss, No fumes, No flames, No pellets, No oil, No mess.
Operating Costs: The unit uses 1.5 kilowatts per hour. At 10 cents
per kilowatt-hour, it will cost you 15 cents per hour to operate. Most
heaters can operate in the average home for about $1.50 per day (based
on typical 10 hours of running time). Remember, this unit features a digital
thermostat, so the unit periodically shuts off through day when the desired
temperature has been reached. When you see what this heater can do and
how little it costs to operate, you'll do what many of our customers have
done - buy 2 or 3 more! |
