At certain times during the season we are able to offer
repair service on your mesh or solid safety cover, regardless
of where you purchased the cover or who manufactured
the cover. In general, all covers must be received by
July 1st for return in time for Fall installation. Covers
received after this date may not be repaired until after
December 1st.
There are several guidelines for returning covers
for repair or alterations:
- The reason for the return (repair/alteration) and
a description of what needs to be done must be submitted
to Specialty Pool Products, Inc. before
the cover can be returned.
- All springs must be removed and the cover should
be clean and dry before shipping (We will not accept
covers with hardware still attached or not clean and
dry. These covers will be returned freight collect).
- All covers must be returned insured and freight
prepaid. This is the customer's responsibility.
- SPP does not assume any responsibility for lost
or damaged covers in transit to or from the factory.
