Safety
- As commonly accepted in the medical field for sanitary
objectives, Steamcore uses #304 stainless steel boiler
tanks to avoid oxidization or corrosion.
- Steamcore has a built-in "High Limit"
which prevents the unit from overheating.
- Steamcore units use "Pressure Relief Loops"
for the most reliable process of relieving pressure
(Commercial Units).
- Steamcore units use three levels of water sensors
(stainless steel probes) to prevent the unit from
activating the elements without water and to intake
minimal water to create steam.
- "Insulmax" by Tritex insulation is used
in the steam generator for fireproofing safety.
- The "Zero-Voltage Air Switch" with LED
indicator light and "Commander" control
can be operated within the steam room.
- All Saunacore products are approved to CSA, UL and

Durability
- Industrial incoloy 800 series elements used (Bronze
& Silver models).
- Elements are more corrosive-resistant than copper
and brass.
- Low-density industrial incoloy 800 series elements
are used (Gold models).
- "Insulmax" by Tritex Insulation is used
to insulate the boiler tank, making the machine more
efficient and, in turn, keeping the exterior body
of the unit cool to touch.
- An "Auto Flush" and "Auto Rinse"
are located at the lower side of the tanks in order
to clean it of build up of limestone and calcium (to
ensure this, every function has three flush and three
rinse cycles - Silver & Gold models).
- Flexible metal tubing is used to protect the wires
of the steamer tank.
- Tank divider and boiler tank is made with #304 Stainless
Steel.
- The exterior body is galvanized for rust proof or
#304 stainless steel (on Gold Model).
- All element connections are used with stainless
steel bars.
- Boiler is tick-welded to prevent any kind of leakages.
- The exterior body is built with louvres for air
circulation.
- Filling/Drain solenoid valve has been tested for
10 million functions capability.
- Offers multiple choices of water connection: 3/4-inch,
1/2-inch or 1/4-inch.

Installation Components
