Need a Replacement Safety Cover?
Since safety covers utilize brass anchors that are installed in concrete patios or pavers around a pool, most people want the new cover straps and anchors to line up exactly. The only way we can guarantee that the new safety cover anchors will be in the same location is if one of the following 3 criteria is met.
Many safety covers have a serial # on the cover. If you have a cover with a serial # attached, give us the number and manufacturer's name. We'll contact you within 24 hours with a replacement quote. If your cover does NOT have a serial # attached but you know the manufacturer's name, we can usually get you a replacement cover with the exact strap layout. Ideally, we know the dealer's name where the cover was purchased, the date of original purchase, and the original customer's name. If you can supply us this information, we can do it!
If you have the old safety cover with the straps still attached, a new safety cover can be manufactured by using the old cover as a template for the new one. Call us to arrange the shipping of the old cover. We do NOT need the hardware (springs, buckles etc.) attached to the cover.
If #1 or #2 cannot be accomplished, we will need you to A-B (see instructions) the anchor locations (not the pool). This is the easiest way to accomplish the goal of getting you the exact replacement.
SPP will make every attempt to get you an exact replacement safety cover. However, we cannot guarantee that every anchor will perfectly match your existing anchor location. It is possible that a few existing anchors cannot be utilized and new anchors will be needed in those locations.
